1. Program Description
Lexpro software LLC operates MobilizePro, a B2B software platform for language service agency operations. We send SMS text messages to Admins, Schedulers, Clients, and Interpreters who have registered on the platform and opted in to receive text communications.
Types of messages sent:
- Job scheduling confirmations and reminders
- On-demand job availability alerts (for interpreters)
- Job status updates and cancellations
- Invoice and payment notifications
- Account and platform administrative alerts
This is a business operational messaging program. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS blasts.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages when you:
- Register for an account on MobilizePro and provide your phone number, or
- Are added to the platform by your organization’s administrator with a phone number on file
By providing your mobile number and completing registration, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Lexpro software LLC at the number provided.
3. How to Opt Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send you.
After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message:
“You have been unsubscribed from MobilizePro messages. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.”
No further messages will be sent after opt-out, except transactional messages required for active job or payment obligations.
4. How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive:
“MobilizePro Help: For support contact admin@lexpro.support or call +1 720 637 6173. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your role and job activity volume. Interpreters may receive more frequent messages during active scheduling periods. Typical frequency: 2–10 messages per week during active use.
6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Lexpro software LLC does not charge for SMS messages; however, your carrier’s standard rates apply.
7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may vary.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Your phone number and message data are used solely for operational communications described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS communications are delivered via Twilio, our messaging provider. See our full Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your data.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice.
